All our products are handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for processing before dispatch.
During busy periods or high demand, processing times may extend to 7 working days. Thank you for your patience while we craft your order with care.

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked services:
Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): £3.49
Tracked 24 (1–2 working days): £4.49
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Europe: 3–5 working days — from £9.99
Rest of World: 6–10 working days — from £11.99

Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or unreceived returns.
How to Return:

Return the item using a tracked postal service.
Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.
